The juror for the 2011 Bakersfield College Art Student Exhibition is Joey Kötting. Mr. Kötting earned an MFA from the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a BFA from Brighton Polytechnic, East Sussex, England. He also studied at the School of the Art Institute, Chicago, Illinois and St. Martin's School of Art in London, England.
His most recent solo exhibition (in 2010) was titled: Reflexive, and it took place at the Larissa Goldston Gallery, New York, New York.
He is the recipient of the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship, the Penny McCall Foundation Curatorial Grant, and the Yaddo Residency.
